RETURN POLICY
We accept all returns on items purchased on comingsoonkorea.com within
7 days of the date your order was received.
Returns must be shipped at customer's own expense within 7 days of receiving your order.
(less the $20.00 return label cost)
We have a 14 -day return policy for store credit, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only. (less the $20.00 return label cost)
*If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at help@comingsoonkorea.com for a pre-paid return label. (the proof of photo of defect is required)
Unclaimed packages, returned to COMINGSOON KOREA due to absence of addressee/wrong or insufficient address, will not be refunded.
*Please double check your zip codes and detail addresses before the checkout.
CONDITIONS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to make a return for any reason, the items must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return.
To be eligible for return, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be postmarked within the 14 days of receiving date.
- Items must returned undamaged, and unused condition.
- Items must be returned with original packaging.
- Return label fee ($20.00) will be deducted from your refund amount or store credit
COMINGSOON KOREA reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
HOW TO START A RETURN
STEP 1 & 2 -
To start a return, you can contact us at help@comingsoonkorea.com .
STEP 3 & 4 -
Once we approve your return/exchange requests, be sure to include your Order number and RA number along with your items and send it to us.
*Please remember to keep tracking number and the receipt for your record. We are unable to assist you further if you can't provide that information.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
STEP 5 -
Once your return arrives to our warehouse, we will try to process the refund as fast as we can but please allow 3-5 business days due to a high volume.
STEP 6 -
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund back to your original form of payment or store credit.
Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to post back to accounts due to varied processing times between financial institutions.
Returns may take 1 to 2 weeks to process which includes the time it takes to receive your package and process your refund.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Final Sale : Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Damaged Items : If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 7 days.
Shipping Charges : Shipping charges on orders are not refundable.

RETURNS
We don't provide a return labels. You must return the items with your own shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
COMINGSOON KOREA reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “ward-robing,” an irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Additionally, COMINGSOON KOREA reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above. Non-COMINGSOON KOREA items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
